Dionex OnGuard II 樣(yàng)品前處理系列小柱産品包括七種員書(zhǒng)功能(néng)類型，兩(li很河ǎng)種(zhǒng)大小規格（1.0 cc和2.5 cc）。就公這(zhè)些産品适用于對(duì)樣(yàng)品做照進(jìn)行分析物的固相萃取和樣(yàng那開)品的基體去除。所謂的樣(yàng)品基體去除是指利用樣(yà開雪ng)品中基體組分與樣(yàng)品前處理小柱中的固定相之間的*結樂器合使基體中的幹擾組分保留在樣(yàng)品前處理小柱上，而被(bè離什i)分析物則不被(bèi)保留直接通過(gu西家ò)樣(yàng)品前處理小柱，從而進(jìn)行後(hòu)對又續的分析測定，這(zhè)樣(yàng)就花都(jiù)可消除樣(yàng)品基體中共存組訊跳分對(duì)測定的幹擾。對(duì)于分析物長雨的直接固相萃取方法則是指將(jiāng)分析樣(yàng)品的溶液通過(gu信到ò)樣(yàng)品前處理小柱時(shí)，分析物由于*的結合作用被(bè路河i)直接保留在樣(yàng)品前處理小柱上，而樣(yàng)品中的愛什基體組分則不被(bèi)保留，從而通過(體高guò)樣(yàng)品前處理小柱，随後(hòu)再使用合适的洗脫劑將(jiā刀船ng)萃取于樣(yàng)品前處理小柱上的被(bèi)分析物洗脫下來務們進(jìn)行後(hòu)續的分析測定，這(zhè)種(zhǒng)方法也可達北拿到分析物富集和樣(yàng)品基自高體去除的作用。
由于新的設計理念的采用，Dionex 鐵線OnGuard II固相萃取小柱系列産品既具有出色的分析性能(néng)，有極樹數大的方便了分析者的使用。同時(shí)2.5亮長 cc規格的樣(yàng)品前處理小柱具有較高的柱容量，适合于處理離人嗎子強度高的樣(yàng)品，這(zhè)種(zhǒng)規格的小柱也有利資靜于降低使用成(chéng)本。另外這(zhè)種(zhǒn西她g)柱型設計也有利于實現樣(yàng)品前處理過(g嗎她uò)程的自動化。
